With Tx bypassed, this bi-directional amplifier features the lowest noise figure LNA and high-speed switching circuit between Tx and Rx. Designed for Helium and all radios with strong output power that require receive gain but don’t need any amplification on the Tx side. The Tx path on this unit is bypassed with minimum signal loss.
The Rx side gets a full 15dB of gain, improving the receive sensitivity by many folds. All this while keeping the noise figure at a minimum.
The receive side is fitted with a 902~928MHz or 863~870 MHz bandpass filter. An extremely highly efficient unit that consumes only 45mA of current at 6V DC.
