*** Spring / Easter Basket With Eggs ***
Up for sale from the Valerie Parr Hill Collection, is this lovely Easter/spring moss-lined basket, which is bordered with faux flowers, ivy, faux twigs and small pastel-colored eggs. Also, included is a bag of 44 small eggs that are similar to the ones that are permanently attached to the basket. The additional eggs include two sizes and three colors, which include muted pinky-peach, muted yellow and muted aqua.
The basket handle is not made to stay up by itself. I used this basket as a table centerpiece and added the porcelain bunny and eggs to the basket. The bunny was tall enough to keep the handle upright, as you can see in the picture. The bunny is NOT included, but is for sale in another listing.
This basket has been retired and is very hard to find on the secondary market. It has been gently used and is still in its original condition with no damage. The moss is real moss, so it will shed a bit when used. With a little creativity and imagination, you will find many ways to display this Easter/spring basket. You will want to display it at the first signs of spring, so you can bring the beauty of spring indoors.
