Engine System
The AUTOOL CS603 auto diagnostic scanner can help detect the engine ignition, fuel injection, air and fuel ratio, and exhaust emission conditions in Engine system to enhance vehicle performance, save energy and reduce exhaust emission.

ABS System
Diagnosing an ABS problem should always start with a visual inspection of all brake components, next you will need to retrieve ABS codes to tell you where the problem is, and this is what this scanner does for you.

SRS System
SRS, Safety Restraint System, is made up of the compact sensors, a control module, and the airbags themselves, and this diagnostic device can detect every electronic parameter to check its health status.

AUTOOL CS603 Five Special Service Resets :

EPB RESET (Electronic Park Brake Reset)
EPB Service allows you to perform the service and maintenance of brake systems, including deactivation and activation of the brake control system, bleeding brake fluid, opening and closing brake pads, and setting brakes after disc or pad replacement on multiple brands of vehicles where electronic brake systems are fitted. Some tests display a command to the operator.

OIL RESET (Oil Service Light Reset)
Oil Light Reset allows you to reset the service lamps on the instrument cluster. The Service Indicator System is designed to alert the driver when the vehicle is due for a service.

SAS CALIBRATION (Steering Angle Sensor Reset)
To reset the steering angle, firstly find out the relative zero point position for the car to drive in straight line. Taking this position as reference, the ECU can calculate the accurate angle for left and right steering. After replacing the steering angle position sensor, replacing steering mechanical parts (such as steering gearbox, steering column, end tie rod, steering knuckle), performing four-wheel alignment, or recovering car body, you must reset the steering angle.

ABS BLEEDING (Anti-Brake System Bleeding)
This function allows you to perform various bi-directional tests to check the operating conditions of Anti-lock Braking System (ABS).
1. When the ABS contains air, the ABS bleeding function must be performed to bleed the brake system to restore ABS brake sensitivity.
2. If the ABS computer, ABS pump, brake master cylinder, brake cylinder, brake line, or brake fluid is replaced, the ABS bleeding function must be performed to bleed the ABS.

THROTTLE LEARN (Electronic Throttle Sensor Reset)
This function enables you to make initial settings to throttle actuators and returns the “learned” values stored on ECU to the default state.
Doing so can accurately control the actions of regulating throttle (or idle engine) to adjust the amount of air intake.

How to update AUTOOL CS603 online ?

AUTOOL CS603 provides two ways software update: via WIFI connection mode and via USB connection mode.

Via WIFI connection mode :
1.Searching WIFI signal after selecting WIFI icon
2.The system will list all HOTSPOT on site
3.Input the password if necessary
4.Connect the Server according to the screen instruction
5.Select the car makes of the diagnostic software package according to the demands

Via USB connection mode :
1.Go to the AUTOOL official website www.autooltech.com
2.Download AUTOOL Update Client to your PC according to the instructions. Make sure the update client has been installed in your PC (Windows 7/8/10 only)
3.Connect the PC to AUTOOL CS603 main unit with the USB cable
4.Input the necessary information during the first registration
5.Select the car makes and click Download according to the demands
6.Wait several minutes, update will be done, enjoy new software
