Hi and thanks for checking out my posting today.
I have a Vifa D19TD-07 dome tweeter in very good condition. Pulled from a DCM TimeFrame TF-250 I had many years ago.
I included dimensional pictures on them in the event you might wish to adapt these into other speaker enclosures. I also have a picture measuring the speaker on my DVM to attest to continuity. I can upon request take additional pictures or measurements of the screw-pattern. Please ask questions as I'm anxious to help.
Shipping will be actual, plus a very modest packing fee, and as always local pickup is both free and encouraged. I'm located in Ventura, just off Hwy 126 and Hwy 118 at the extreme east end of town, so easy to get to from either highway.
A word on vintage stereo equipment and expectations. I go out of my way to show and disclose blemishes in my postings, but my 6 might be your 8 and vis-versa. Also, let’s be adults here and recognize that this gear might be anywhere from 10 to 50 years old so please take this into consideration. Part of the reason I really favor local pickup is that something that worked perfectly in my home might be adversely affected under the rigors of shipping no matter how carefully I pack it. In the case of this tweeter however, it should be easy to pack and ship without issue.
Lastly, I've had a recent experience with someone who I believe was taking advantage of eBay's generous policy that allows the customer to declare if something matches the description and penalizes the seller with all the shipping costs if they buyer changes their mind. Please let's avoid this by being upfront and clear about what you're buying. I strive for honesty and disclosure and I expect my buyer to be equally honorable and objective about purchasing something older and without the benefit of seeing, hearing and touching it before I go to the expense and trouble of shipping it. Sorry if this sounds like a rant but once burned, twice cautious.
