The Item came off of a HONDA 2001 TRX400.
Item Manufacturer Part Number is 17510-HM7-A10.
The part is missing a mounting collar as shown in the last picture.
The Tank also comes with the working, original Fuel Meter 17504-HM7-013 and Petcock Assy. 16950-HM7-003
