This is a 14" vinyl doll in her costume that needs freshening.

She has a double layer petticoat underneath.

She also has on panties that have lost the elastic.

Also she doesn't have her shoes.

Her hair needs combing, but her facial paint is very good.

She is beautiful and with a little care she could be in very good shape.
