Wooden Letters

MDF letters or numbers cut from 3mm MDF and painted to a high standard with a semi-gloss finish.

Uppercase letters - if you are wanting upper and lower please clearly specify this at checkout. 

If all lower case letters are ordered these will be smaller than 10cm as the letters are sized proportional to a 10cm capital letter. 

The letters are painted on the front side only (not sides or back), due to the laser cutting process the back of the letters may have some slight burn marks.  They may also have a slight smell of burnt wood which is unavoidable in the laser cut process. 

Payment Information

We only accept Paypal Payment. 

We kindly ask that all items are paid for as soon as possible after clicking 'buy it now'. This allows us to post your item to you sooner.

We unfortunately can't ship any items until payment has been confirmed and any e-cheques and pending payments have cleared.

Shipping Information

We offer free standard 2nd class shipping on the majority of our items.

All unpersonalised items will be dispatched within one working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive orders 2-3 days after dispatch (for orders sent RM48). 

We obtain proof of postage and delivery for all items, however in the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged in the post then please get in contact as soon as possible for us to resolve for you. We cannot treat an item as lost until 10 working days have passed, and any damaged items must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. 

Returns Information

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return the product for a refund (excluding personalised products). We unfortunately cannot refund any postal charges and do charge a 10% handling fee on all returns. 

You can return a product up to 30 days from the purchase date.

Any returned product must be in the same condition it was received, unused and in the original packaging. 

We unfortunately cannot offer returns on any personalised items unless they have been misspelt (our error).
