I have to say that this particular example is in "very good condition", in my honest opinion.  Please note, however, that I'm not an expert comic book appraiser so look carefully at the pictures and render your own decision.  The pictures are part of the description.  The spline is "very good" with no creasing and no "wear marks" (little white spots in the spline area).  The front and back covers are also "very good" with little creasing or fading.  Furthermore, the inside pages look "very good" with little yellowing of the pages.  Obviously, they're still soft and pliable.  The staples are shiny and solid with no loose pages, nor is the cover loose.  Overall, this is an excellent comic book, especially since it's 58 years old!  I believe the "experts" would classify this particular comic book as "Very Good Plus" condition.
