This Flexi Replacement Kit has been designed and manufactured to fully replace a faulty flexi pipe on a  Ford C-Max II 2012-2019 1.0 Ecoboost  . A burst Flexi is a common issue for these models resulting in an MOT fail. This kit replaces the faulty Flexi without having to replace the costly catalytic converter. This is an easy bolt on part to replace the standard flexi pipe without needing to purchase a full new downpipe.

You will find instructions included with your product, please ensure these are read carefully BEFORE fitting the product.  Our exhaust parts are custom made to order and will fit ONLY the standard system on the car as advertised.

Once fitted, either by you or by a garage, the exhaust must be checked for any leaks and all joints should be re-checked to make sure they have been properly tightened.  It is also important to check there are adequate clearances around the exhaust system, including the bumper/diffuser.

If the exhaust is seen to be fouling any part of the car, such as diffuser or bumper the car MUST NOT BE STARTED and you should contact us for advice.  

We will not accept liability for any damage to other parts of the car nor for any costs incurred to refit the standard exhaust due to the exhaust not fitting correctly.
