Terms of Business

1) We can ship this order to a street address the contiguous 48 states or internationally via eBay's Global Shipping Program.
(i.e. we ship to eBay in Kentucky, they ship to you internationally where available). Sorry no PO boxes or shipments outside of those parameters.

Due to UPS continuously raising prices, we may at our discretion substitute USPS Ground Advantage for UPS Ground if expected transit time is similar.

2) Payments Accepted:
All eBay payments are processed through eBay managed payments.
Whatever eBay accepts, we accept.

We will only ship to the confirmed address on the checkout page.
Please do not request shipment elsewhere.
We won't do it. If you make a mistake with the address, please request a cancellation.
If we see your cancellation request before the order ships out, we'll gladly cancel the order so you can re-order with the correct address.

3) We must charge sales tax for orders that ship to NJ as well as any state that requires sales tax be collected by marketplaces such as eBay.
In most cases, eBay now collects and remits the tax in those states.
