Legal notice for the acceptance of original spare parts 

1. The buyer is informed that the desired goods are expressly ordered and produced for the customer from the manufacturer, since the original spare parts are purely specialist trade goods. This article is not in stock.

2. Furthermore, we would like to point out that motorcycle accessories and spare parts may only be installed by specialist workshops. In the event of a return or complaint, the buyer must provide a professional installation certificate from a specialist workshop.

3. Own installed or attached items are excluded from the exchange, or it will be determined a reduction in value.

4. If the goods are damaged or defective, the full sales price will be refunded or the goods replaced.

5. The delivery time in Germany is between 10 and 12 working days after receipt of payment. In a few cases the delivery time can be extended.

6. Outside of Germany, the delivery time varies depending on the country.

7. Return costs are always borne by the buyer

8. Outside the European Union, no items can be returned.

9. Customs and import duties have to be paid separately in their own country and are not included in the price
