Walter Titex A6489DPP-9 solid carbide coolant-through drill, X-treme D8 series. 8xD capacity — drills to approximately 72mm depth in a single pass without pecking on a properly configured CNC machining center. 

DPP head coating is AlCrN-based and applied to the cutting tip only (Kopfbeschichtung) — not a full-body coating. Four-land guide geometry controls hole straightness and reduces bore drift at depth. 140° point angle, 10mm straight shank per DIN 6535 HA.
