The book has a leather cover that has a slight curl.  On the first blank page is the inscription (see photo.) The second blank page is pulled away a little from the spine, but that is corrected on the next page which has the author's picture.  All pages are clean and tight.  The firt couple of blank pages have some fading.  This is some great Rotary history.
