This harness provides switched power(ACC) and ground. 

The location is more accessible than the alternative(behind the front fairing), under the passenger seat and has protection up to 10A, usually used to mount an alarm. If you have a factory installed, alarm or something else you can use this splitter to get power for additional accessories.

The coupler allows the connection of three additional devices, each with a positive and neutral contact (orange and blue)
