*Interchangeable part: We stock the same parts from different manufacturers so that when back orders occur, we have a part that is equal in quality and cost to send, preventing what can sometimes be long waits. This would be the only reason your order might vary slightly from the description, and the part that is subbed will always be comparable quality. If you only want a specific brand, just ask and we will let you know if it is out of stock and for how long.

**Returns: We accept returns for part or all of your order within the first 30 days. Refunds are only granted for parts that are returned 100% complete, brand new, in the original packaging. Once a part has been installed or prepped for installation it is no longer eligible for return.

**Warranty: This product is NOT DIY. Over 99% of people in the world are not qualified to build an engine, and it is the responsibility of the person assembling and tuning the engine to make sure all the parts are correct and work properly. We ALWAYS STRONGLY recommend work be done by a qualified, experienced mechanic. For any warranty to be considered the part(s) in question must be sent back to us for inspection, NO EXCEPTIONS. We cannot warranty anything based on photos, emails, phone calls, what you read online alone, or what another mechanic says the problem is alone. Warranty does not cover any failure that is a result of improper installation, tuning, break-in, lack of maintenance, or misuse.

Feedback: Positive feedback is greatly appreciated. We work very hard to maintain a high feedback rating, and we want all of our customers to be happy. Receiving positive feedback when an order goes the way it is supposed to is a huge help. Cub cylinder warranty: All CP Industries Yamaha Banshee Monoblock cylinders purchased from BPRATV come with a LIFETIME WARRANTY. If the cylinder you purchased from us fails for any reason that is not related to improper installation, tuning, break-in, lack of maintenance, or abuse we will either have it REPAIRED OR REPLACED FREE OF CHARGE. The cylinder must be sent back with proof of purchase for inspection by us and Millennium Technologies (NO EXCEPTIONS). The warranty is for the cylinder only. No other parts nor any labor are included. The warranty cannot be converted to a discount or refund, nor will a reparable cylinder be exchanged for a new one. The warranty applies to the original owner of the cylinder only. The warranty does not cover any failure that is a result of improper installation, tuning, break-in, maintenance, or misuse. For any warranty to be considered the part(s) in question must first be sent back to us for inspection, NO EXCEPTIONS. We do not warranty parts based on phone calls, photos, emails, what you read online, or another mechanic's assessment alone.

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days. You can return all or part of your order, as long as any items for which a refund is requested are returned to us brand new, never used, in the original packaging. Once an item has been used (or prepped for use with lubricants, sealant, etc.) it is not eligible for return.

*If a Ti fastener purchased from us fails for any reason during use it will be replaced with a new one. The warranty cannot be converted to a refund or discount of any kind, and the warranty does not cover any failure that is a result of improper installation or misuse. For any fastener to be covered by warranty it must first be sent to us for inspection. We do not warranty parts based on phone calls, photos, emails, what you read online, or what another seller, mechanic, or technician claims the issue is.
