AMD Opteron Model 146 1.8GHz Dual Core CPU Socket 939 this processor is NEW but seal is open in this last unit as I have to check what is causing the rattling sound. It is due to shelf life that the foam container that’s holding the card is disintegrating. The AMD processor itself is still sealed in its own hard plastic frame.

However you are buying this processor as is, I have no ability to test them and therefore no warranty on these old processors. They are stored in dry computer components storage room therefore should be of no issues. Will ship via first class with insurance.
