Each conductive pad is 10mm square (3/8") 
The conductive dot is 5mm round (3/16")

The 10mm outside edge can be cut down slightly (especially the corners) to fit tighter areas. 
The 5mm membrane dot will work with many rubber button sizes. Every device is different but it can be used with smaller and larger rubber buttons.

This button repair works in most rubber keypad contact switches to restore like-new button function
Does not work for snap-dome metal switches
If your keypad is made with rubber contacts for the switch (with or without plastic key caps) this is what you need to restore function permanently. BUT since there are countless designs of rubber buttons there may be some that are too tightly packed or unusual construction that do not allow a universal button to operate properly.  If this does not work for what you need - LET ME KNOW! I will do my best to help you and if we can solve it, the solution can be added to the product line.

If you do open a case by mistake or because you did not read the agreement, I will ask you to close it. WHY? Because eBay dispute cases can't handle envelope shipping. They assume a package with tracking. I cannot help you with a case because eBay's robots will eventually step in and lie no matter what is said. USPS no longer guarantees delivery dates and does not offer a refund on postage even if extremely late. Not even for Priority Mail! They are losing some orders and delaying many. Tracking only lets you know where the order is delayed. It is impossible to contact USPS now and opening cases or lost mail requests go nowhere. 

ButtonWorx™ products are flat an light making them perfect to send by regular envelope. There are risks with letter mail but not much more risk than package mail at a much higher cost. It doesn't help to know where your package is delayed. The only thing tracking is good for is knowing if there is a problem with delivery. You can can get that same information with letter envelopes by using free USPS Informed Delivery. When you sign up you will receive daily emails showing photos of the mail being delivered that day. I highly recommend it!
