both lu hai version and shi cheng version is both top level kit, dont worry about the kit quality.  they are the best of best. 

the lu hai vesrion included the dighy and a nice wooden stand also a boxwood nameplate which is nice for this kit.  The only problem for lu hai is not have english manual, if you dont mind this and you can choose this 

shicheng version not included these life boat and display stand, but you can purchased in my shop for the display stand and dighy .

welcome the customer to choice and see what is different of this ship, they have different strong point, but rare people have both kits and finished these two kit in same time, so i can not say too much about this, but both of them are the great kit in market which up to A++ class kits.

Now we sell LE Requin without ribs version which much easier than full rib version, but finial effect is same.

but i will fully recommend the full rib version, due the full rib (POF) version is so beautiful  and the finish model will be the museum level model.

Some buyer ask do it necessary to buy finish mast?

HERE ARE EXPLAIN : FOR FINISH MAST AND ORIGINAL MAST IN KIT (SPLICED MAST)

the mast part of LE REQUIN , some people if they may not know the mast detail will think the mast just a polished rod. but actually not really a simple rod. 

But in fact, these masts not only polished to the taper which for requrie, but also carved some details in place, such as the rounded square at the top of the main lower mast.

And the hexagonal profile at the center of the main lower mast.  So, it difficult to process, that why it expensive. player who do no want wast larger time on this, choose the finish mast is a good choice. 

the original Spliced mast which provided in kit need lots time to assembly to the shape of real masts, due this mast is made by strips not rod, and due the top and below need difference shape, and middle of mast is round, so you need assembly this to square, and  process to round in middle. 

the spliced mast also have its advanced that why it design. its purpose to reduce deformation.(When splicing, the wood grain vertically offsets the deformation stress. Avoid deformation after solid wood processing), but note, it also have deformation but much small. the weakness of spliced mast is it is difficult to made a nice mast, it really need spend lots on this which the finish master can easily do this for you. 

For finish mast is solid wood,generally, no deformation is impossible, but the deformation is can be controled to minmum range. 

generally we suggest polished to "smooth", and use 502 super gule to Infiltrate the mast. 

Also The exterior suface need covered with a layer of varnish or paint to protect it so that its deformation is controlled to a minimum extent.

the lu hai not provide such service, so shi cheng update this part which give more choice for player.
