If you do not use your ECU for any reason or it doesn't fix your problem then simply return it to us within 30 days for a refund. PLEASE PLEASE select 'Changed Mind' as the return reason. Your return label WILL BE FREE and your refund will be in full. Other return reasons count against our Ebay seller score. Thank you.

In the rare case your ECU fails to start the car please contact us immediately. We have buckets of advice. If we can not fix things straight away then we will always have a replacement posted the same working day. This is a free service does not in any way affect your right to return both ECU's for your refund.

As we have specially programmed and tested this ECU for you we will charge a £25 restocking fee to cover the re-manufacturing and testing of any unit returned. This allows you to eliminate the ECU as a probable cause of your problems with minimal financial risk. We waive this fee if you choose 'Changed my mind' as the return reason.

From 30 Days to 6 Months you have a return and replace warranty should any fault occur with one of our units. After 6 Months we will still try our best to help and offer a 40% discount off any replacement unit whenever possible.
