Condition:

• Condition is shown in photos (photos are mine)

• Condition is very good new/like new unless otherwise noted here.  Any substantial blemishes or damage will be noted or shown clearly in the pics.

• All items ship from a smoke free home

• General for Toys: Box conditions vary slightly and may include some minimal shelf wear or production flaws.  These will be represented as clearly as possible in photos.  I am not a professional grader and collector opinions are very specific and varied, so please ask if there are concerns. 

• General for Loose Mystery Minis & Loose Pocket Pops: Only the figures are included in this auction.  Boxes are shown only for reference.  Scale items (coins) are also only shown for size reference.   

• For auctions where multiple items are available, the photos are intended to be generally representative.  If you have specific questions about the exact one you'll receive, please ask prior to purchasing.

Shipping:

• Bidder is responsible for all shipping and handling costs stated in the auction.  

• Shipping costs include shipping, handling, tracking and high quality packaging.   

• For International shipments - I use eBay's Global Shipping program for all International bidders - they control the shipping costs and will issue invoices.  I can't see the shipping costs they are charging nor can I modify them, it's all based on weight. 

Combined Shipping:

• Win multiple auctions and get a discounted shipping rate!  To get combined shipping, items must all be purchased together on same payment.  If you purchase separately, I will have to send the discount manually as a refund after purchase.  If ebay doesn't auto calculate the Combined Shipping discount, I will also refund manually after purchase, just message me to let me know it didn't auto calculate. I will not be able to easily see if it doesn't auto calculate so please do reach out.

• Our auctions are priced competitively for a single item (including shipping) so this discount makes it even more advantageous for you! 

• For Toys & Pops:
• First auction item is full price shipping. 
• Each additional auction won will receive a $2.50 discount on shipping for that item
• For 7+ items, I'll use an increased discount and will issue in a refund after purchase.

Payment:

• Winning bidder must make payment within 1 day of auction end.  

Returns:

• If a buyer changes their mind, returns are accepted within 7 days of item delivery.

• Items must be in all original packaging and not used, worn, or washed.  

• Buyer to pay return shipping and refund will be for item amount (less original shipping)
