Shipping contents:
The item(s) must be returned within 60 days of purchase in EXACTLY the same condition it was received by you.
To receive a full refund, new and sealed item(s) can be returned, if they are still in new (unused) and unopened condition and remain in sealed packaging.
If the new item(s) was/were opened by you, or if the new/used item(s) returned to us was/were damaged or did not arrive in the condition received by you, we will issue a partial refund. The refund amount will be subject to the condition of the item(s). The reason for the partial refund is we are unable to resell the item(s) at the same price. Thank you for your understanding.
If you decide to file for return due to no fault with the item(s) you purchased, i.e. you found a cheaper price, didn’t read, didn’t look thorough and/or misread the listing, changed your mind etc., we will issue a full refund minus a restocking fee in the amount of 20% of the original purchase price.
