DELIVERY AND POSTAGE: - 

KIKFIT's main aims is to ensure we dispatch your orders within 24 hours of receiving the cleared payment. Please allow for up to 2-3 working days’ delivery time on all orders after payment has cleared. If your order has still not been delivered within 7 working days – then please contact us via the eBay messaging system. (Deliveries are only made on working days). 

Please note that our Standard Postage charges are for UK main land only. For Ireland and high land area where codes are different such as AB, DD, DG, FK, IV, KA, KY, PA, PH, TD, ZE, EIR2 (Rep. of Ireland), BT (Northern Ireland), EIR1(Dublin city), GE, IOM, IOW, PO, JE. There will be additional charges, please email us or call us on eBay messaging service to find out how much they will be.

Return Policy: - 

We aim to ensure that customer satisfaction is one of the top priorities, and we will strive to achieve this objective still if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you may return it to us provided you notify us within 7 days of receipt. 

Once we have recognised and authorised your intention to return, you will be responsible for the item until it is returned to us – this includes also being responsible for any return postage costs. Whilst the product is in your care, you are  fully obliged to take reasonable care of the item and provided it is in suitable condition upon its return any returns/refunds will be made as soon as possible.
