DATED 1973 125cm wide X 140 long Recently on a buying trip to Berlin I was lucky enough to find this amazing series of city street maps, all 1970s and all in GREAT CONDITION they are the holy grail of school maps!! I buy a lot of these old school maps and they don't come much better than this. Made in Germany in 1973 by Westermann this rare and stunning map is printed on very high quality paper and then backed with canvas. It has poles top and bottom with a hanging strap. It shows the inner city of MOSCOW, with details of roads parks, air ports and districts, rivers. There is a detail of central MOSCOW. It is in German. It is a really striking map, we have it up in our lounge at the moment and it is a pleasure to live with, everyone who sees it comments on how stunning it is. The orange and blue and green work really well together along with Berlin being such an iconic place it all makes for a great visual image. THESE OLD CHARTS ARE VERY POPULAR AT THE MOMENT AS YOU GET A LOT OF INTERESTING WALL FILLER FOR YOUR MONEY.
