This is a Christmas ornament counted cross stitch kit from Dimensions, 1991 kit, #8414, FOREST BIRDS ORNAMENTS, designs are from Hallmark cards.  They are up to 3", Set of 12.  While they are sold as tree ornaments, they are great to also leave up all year in a sunroom, or in a room for that bird watcher to look at them!!
