1527 Harley Davidson LUGGAGE  KEY BLANK

Fits Factory Luggage from SOME Harley Davidsons from the 1980's-1990s (other blanks possible!). 

Key Code Series: 00-99 (be sure to match carefully as this code series overlaps with other Harley keys)

Bikes like the FLH, FL, and FLT used different Yale based locks using the Y12 blank up through 1984.  Others may have used this blank, although the fitment charts are very vague.  Be careful!  Most likely fitment would be trunk locks approx. 1985-1999 TourGlide and ElectraGlide.  If you are have a factory key, it will have a code starting "HD" on the back.  I had a customer with a 1990 HD Tour Glide FLTC where these worked out great.

The fitment and compatabilities loaded are the closest approximations I can get given the conflicting information out there, so use the pics as a starting point for your own research.

The safest way is to match up part numbers.  If your key has a part number of 1527, then this is your key.  If not, take a picture of your current working key front and back and message it to me and I will help you figure it out!

As a note, these blanks also work on many Snap-On tool boxes.
