ARTWORK:
Please send all artwork to the email address provided during checkout, if you have selected for Professional Design please forward your design brief and contact information.
PRODUCTION:
As soon as the artwork has been confirmed the item will be sent to the production floor at this point the item can no longer be changed or edited.
REFUNDS:
As a custom personalised item, this item isnt eligible to refund once artwork is confirmed and production has begun unless there is a fault with the item associated with its manufacture. All items are photographed before leaving the factory for quality assurance purposes.
