We will accept returns for refund or exchange if they are unused and unmarked, buyer pays return postage. If a part is faulty a replacement will be sent out after the return and testing of the old unit. Labour claims are never accepted.

All of our items are sent from the UK. We send our items within 24 hours and usually aim to dispatch same day if purchased before 12PM
