It has been removed from a brand new Fender Squier Affinity Telecaster.

The parts that I sell are from brand new guitars that are parted out.  Sometimes there is a different screw hole, etc. from different manufacturing plants that Fender uses.  Sometimes even the shade or hue of the color will be slightly different from lot to lot.  The end result will be the same but the part may not look exactly like the one in the photo.

The electrical/electronic parts will often have solder and/or wire still attached to the terminals.  Sometimes the components themselves will be different than those in the photos due to different vendors that Fender uses.
