There are over 200 healthful recipes you can prepare in minutes in a lovely large spiral-bound book. Everything from appetizers, soups, salads, breads, breakfasts and desserts. I find only 1 flaw-- a black marker mark on inside front cover. Also very minor cover damage. Shipped with USPS Media Mail.
