This is a RARE vintage Red Cross Intermediate Swimmer pin/button from the 1970's.  It measures approximately 3/4" in diameter.  It was kept in a dresser drawer for over 50 years.  The pin is in very good condition with no noticeable scratches or dents.  Please see pictures and ask questions.
