The two holes badge holders will fit a maximum of 4(W)" x3(H)" horizontal inserts, please note vaccination cards may vary in size, so do make sure your card will be able to fit. The badge holders are great for open ended lanyards with two clips or two hooks. These badge holders come with two universal size slots to fit any clips or hooks easily. Slot sizes are 9/16" each.
