- 1. Choose your length i.e If your existing slats measures 60 inches (1524mm), please choose the option 2000mm (78.75 inch) in the length
- 2. Choose your fabric.
- 3. Add all required quantity to your basket and click "Buy Now"

Important notes
- If you purchase a smaller size range than the sizes you request making to, we will CANCEL and REFUND your order.
- ONLY provide the Exact slat size as shown below.
- If you purchase less than 5 slats, please use "Royal Mail First Class" which will cost £3.99 as we only offer free delivery for orders for more than 5 slats.
- If the measurements are not provided within 5 hours of completing checkout, the blinds will be made as per the size you selected.
- These item are excluded from our returns policy and therefore non-refundable. If the blinds sent to you are faulty, please contact us so we can make necessary arrangements to replace them.
- Please allow 1 working day for manufacture. The quicker we get the measurements, the quicker we can manufacture and dispatch your order.
Returns
We do not accept returns as our products are made according to your measurements. We will only accept returns if we made a mistake in manufacturing your order.
Delivery
- We aim to dispatch all items within 2 working days.
- Please make sure that you provide necessary information for your order as soon as possible so we can process your order quicker.
- We offer free delivery to all parts of United Kingdom excluding UK outer zones i.e Channel Islands, Scottish highlands.
