    • Economy Shipping, Delivery period within 7-10 business days not including customs control or un-control factor ex. bad weather issue.

    • Expedited Shipping, Delivery period within 3-4 business days not including customs control or un-control factor ex. bad weather issue. 

    • We will delivery to your eBay registered address on shipping label only.

    RETURN and REFUND POLICY
    • Return shipping cost will be paid by buyer. 
    • Refund available for damaged issue from shipping process with photo proved of damaged items but not available for damaged issue from buyer used.
    • In case of damaged items refund. We have to review photo of damaged items from buyer before resend or refund.
    • We will partial refund 50% of items prices in case of buyer want to keep items.
    • Return shipping cost are not refundable.
    • If status from registered tracking numbers show "DELIVERED" but buyer still saying not receiving items and want refund. refund are not available for this case.
    • In case of no recipient available when local post office delivery item. and item return to us due to buyer not at home. Resend an item shipping cost must be paid by buyer. and we have to wait until items returned to us already before starting resend or refund.
