Starmark Bob-a-Lot Interactive Treat Dispensing Toy Does NOT include treats
The Bob-a-Lot is an innovative interactive toy developed with a dog's need to be mentally stimulated in mind.
This toy will provide will help foster natural hunting and foraging instincts to help prevent destructive and boredom behaviour.
The Bob-a-Lot can be filled with dog treats or your dogs daily kibble allowance, then given to the dog who has to work out how to get these goodies from the toy.
The Bob-a-Lot must be manipulated by the dogs nose and paws to extract the treats inside with the dual chambers dispensing the treats.
Both the top and bottom chambers feature adjustable openings to regulate the difficulty in getting the treats out. The hole is 2.5cm x 2cm fully open so will work with treats smaller than that and you can adjust to suit.
The Bob-a-Lot is made from durable polymer with anti slip coating at the bottom which means it is not too noisy when the dog is having fun with it.

RETURNS- We are happy to accept returns or exchange items if you need a different size or colour - as long as the following conditions are met.
- You must inform us that you want to return the item no more than 30 days after receiving your item
- Ensure you send either the original invoice or a returns slip as this is required to process an exchange or refund.
- The item must be returned in its original packing, undamaged, bent or marked
- If returning a dog harness/coat please ensure they are clean and dog hair free
We understand that customers may want to try items on their pets to ensure they fit, this is fine, but please do not remove tags until you are sure you are happy with your purchase.
Items MUST be returned in perfect unused & re-saleable condition
If goods are found to be returned used, misused or damaged, we reserve the right to issue you a partial refund. If a parcel is returned to us undelivered because of failure to collect or rearrange delivery with the post office, a re-delivery charge to the customer will be required before we can resend the item.
The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the item is returned to us. We do not accept responsibility for returned items lost in the post, so please ensure that your item is sent via a tracked service ensuring that the item is returned safely. Postage is non-refundable, we don't pay for return postage if item is being returned for an exchange or because you have decided you no longer wish to keep the item.
DAMAGED, FAULTY OR ITEMS RECIVED IN ERROR
For any items that may be damaged in the post, received in error or are faulty please contact us through the eBay messaging system or click "return this item" next to the item in your purchase history in My eBay, a Pre-Paid returns postage label will be provided via eBay. Please ensure you send the original invoice or a returns slip as this is required to process your exchange or refund.
