Upon ordering we will require we will require the 17 digit (VIN) number from the vehicle (or reg number) this enables us to ensure this part is compatible with your specific model, and the colour is matched to the VIN supplied, If the VIN or reg is not supplied within 3 working days after purchase your order may be cancelled & refunded.

Dispatch times
Painted items are dispatched within 10 working days (does not include weekends) this is part of the painting process due to drying times etc. Items need to be fully prepared/painted & cured before posting to eliminate the risk of damage in the post.
Once an item has been painted & cured it will securely packaged & dispatched royal mail 1st class with a tracking number, to the address as stated on your order.
Returns:
Items can be returned within 14 working days (from the day of receiving the item)
Items that are returned back due to ordering incorrectly, or change of mind will incur in a 25% deduction upon refund, this is due to paint/labour & restocking fee's costs, please ensure all of the above details are specified before or after placing an order
