Size: Marked as 'XL'. It might suit girl from 11 - 12 years old. But every kid might have different size even if they are around the similar age... Please check measurements for your consideration:  

The length of the cape (longest point): is about 65 cm (measure from center back to hem including the fur trim but excluding the hood)

The shoulder + sleeve length: 

is about 48 cm (measure from neckline to the end of sleeve including the fur trim but excluding the hood)

How the cape will look like depends on the size of your girl. e.g. it might look very full on for the smaller girl. 

Generally the cape is hip length and the 'sleeves' come below the elbow. The style is quite variable, a little bit long or short will still look great! However you can always cut off the stitch around the edge which form the 'sleeve' to be free size.

 

Some petite adults also wear it as short jacket style.
