Difference between sheet and Wafer/Rice paper.
  •  Wafer paper is significantly cheaper than the icing paper.
  •  Icing Sheets are an actual layer of icing that bonds with the icing on the cake. Icing sheets are the preferred form of ?edible paper? for use on cakes.
  • Icing sheets are usually thicker,whiter, smoother and more flexible than wafer papers.
  • Edible images printed onto icing sheets will have more vibrant colour and crisper lines and capable of producing high-quality images without any distortion. 
  • Wafer paper is semi translucent and absorbs the ink,the clarity and colour is not as vibrant and bright, they produce a pale shade of images when printed.
  • Icing Sheets are more flexible and are not easily affected by moisture like the wafer sheets.

How to use the Edible Image?

·        They can be applied to any cake(home bake or store bought), icing, fondant, buttercream, cupcakes, cookies,chocolate and more.

·        These sheets are on a clear backing that easily peels away from the icing layer. 

·        This item is best used as close to serving time as possible,simply remove the backing paper and place on iced cake.

  •   Shelf life of frosting sheet is about 6 months. For best result use within 4 weeks.
