Adafruit Pro Trinket Liion/Lipoly Backpack Add-On

Extend your 3.3 V Pro Trinket with the Adafruit Lipo Backpack by a compact charging connection with voltage control. The small circuit board can simply be soldered over the Pro Trinket using the pen bar included. If the board hangs on the USB port, the connected battery is automatically charged. If you separate the Pro Drinket from the USB port, you will automatically switch to battery operation.

If you would like to add an on/off switch, you can easily do this by cutting the marked conductor track next to the JST socket and set a slide switch, for example.

By default, the battery is loaded with a current of 100 mA. Close the soldering connection on the back of the backpack board to put the charging current to 500 mA.

The fully tested module is delivered with a pen strip that can be soldered. Per drinket, switch, lines, battery and Breadboard are not included in the scope of delivery and can be purchased separately from us.
