All our machines are assembled and tested by our highly-experienced engineer Mick, who can also consult you on what type of the machine you need for the material you will be using. He can also give you some useful maintenance tips as well as the personal demonstration of the machine.

Please note that when multiple items are purchased, your order may be sent by recorded delivery which will require a signature upon receipt. This is to help ensure safe, secure delivery of your order.

We only post to confirmed PayPal addresses so if you have moved address please update your Pay Pal address before ordering.

Return policy

If the product is faulty it is your responsibly as a buyer to notify us within 3 working days.

The product has to be sent to us within 7 working days after item received.

The return product must have all original packaging and accessories.

If item found not to be faulty, shipping fee will be charged for reshipment of the product.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable
