This is a great old book from 1946 titled "The Book of Houses" by John P. Dean and Simon Breines. It has 150 photos and 100 plans for homes from $5000-$10000. It is in nice condition for age with tight pages and minor wear and stains to the book. Dust jacket shows wear and has a torn piece on the front cover. 143 pages and measures 11 1/4" x 8 1/2".
