We accept returns but the item has to be the same that it was received with the original packaging. The buyers are responsible to any shipping fees in returning the item to us. Please be advise that when returning items to us, make sure you insured the item so if possible damage occur during shipment, you can file a claim in the postal office. We are not responsible to any damage during shipment, so we required the items to be insured when sending back to us.
