Up for auction/sale is a vintage PAII (Professional Association Innkeepers International), which was produced by Deneen Pottery for their 3rd International Conference, which was held in Reston, Virginia in 1994. I'm sure the slogan changes from year to year, but this cup states: "Taking Charge and Making Changes".
The cup is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or damage, but there are some mild signs of age and wear, but for a 25 year old mug it looks great and has a bright and shiny luster. The rough overall dimensions are 3 7/8" tall, with a 3 3/8" rim, is 4 7/8" wide at the handle, has a 3 3/8" base, and hold a full 11oz of your favorite brew.
I have described this cup as best I can, but to augment my description I have provide several high-resolution images to provide a detailed review of quality, design, and condition.
This will be packaged with care to best ensure this fairly difficult to locate mug arrives as pictured and described.
If you have any questions, additions, corrections, or concerns, feel free to message me.
A little "About PAII" from their website (paii.com) :
The Professional Association of Innkeepers International (PAII) is the premier non-profit business league and
trade association for innkeepers, bed & breakfast, boutique hotel, and other lodging professionals, and our industry vendors and partners.
Our primary mission, since the founding of our original legacy organization in 1987, has been Education and Advocacy
for the Innkeeping Community & Industry and the General Public.
We do this through the distribution, education and promotion of higher business standards in the industry, educating the public about the benefits of inns, B&Bs and boutique vacation lodging, and our trade publication weekly News You Can Use, monthly INNovations magazine, and extensive archives.
Although PAII has had different incarnations, in April 2018 the former for-profit PAII began a process to transform & transfer into a new non-profit organization and seek US IRS 501(c)6 recognition.
