The manual is not enclosed. Paperless for environmental protection. We need to see from Citizen website. There is no protection seals on the bracelet.

  1. DHL Express or Fedex or UPS(USA, Europe, Canada, Australia and Asia) 
  2. Europe, Canada, Australia and Asia buyers; We normally ship by DHL Express or Fedex. There is a possibility we cannot ship to Remote places for them if additional cost is too expensive. Please understand we cannot under value the invoice amount to customs.  Please check Import duties, VAT and handling charges carefully before you buy.  

  3. Fedex  (USA, France, Canada, Remote place for DHL) We try to ship by Fedex to avoid problems. Regarding Fedex Remote places we consider to use EMS (Express Mail Service) of Japan Post. Regarding USA there is high possibility we can deliver by Fedex.

  4. UPS   Regarding Australia we normally ship by UPS.
