1. Shipping Options
- Multiple
shipping options are available at checkout; select the one that best meets
your needs & makes you happy.
- The
default option may not be the fastest or least expensive for your
location.
- USPS
Ground Advantage is slower; choose Priority or another expedited option if
you need your item sooner.
- eBay’s
delivery date is an estimate, not a guarantee. Actual delivery
time depends on the carrier and other factors.
- Packages
leave our facility quickly; once shipped, speed and routing are controlled
by the carrier.
- If you
click the “i” icon near eBay’s delivery estimate, you will see:
“Delivery time is estimated using our proprietary method which is based on
the buyer’s proximity to the item location, the shipping service selected,
the seller’s shipping history, and other factors. Delivery times may vary,
especially during peak periods.”
- We may
change the shipping carrier if it will get your order to you faster.
(FedEx picks up earlier than UPS; some FedEx and UPS services deliver on
weekends.)
2. Shipping Address
- Ensure
your address is correct and complete before paying.
- Hawaii,
Alaska, and Puerto Rico: Some items are not set up for your location.
Please inquire if you are interested in an item not currently listed for
your area. If available, choose USPS Priority Mail, USPS Ground Advantage,
or another air service.
3. Item Description
- If
using the eBay app, click to expand and read the full item description
before purchase.
- Confirm
you are purchasing the correct part or item for your needs.
- Buyers
are responsible for confirming compatibility with their vehicle or
application before purchasing.
4. Before You Buy
- Ask
any questions before purchasing.
- Purchase
only if you are satisfied with the price, shipping cost, and product as
shown.
5. Receiving Your Order
- Open
and inspect your package immediately upon delivery. Report any shipping
damage right away.
- Provide
clear photos of the damaged item and packaging to expedite communication.
AI-altered photos are not accepted for claims.
- Damage
occurring after delivery (e.g., during installation, dropping, or opening
the package) is not considered shipping damage.
6. Returns & Replacements
- If you
receive the wrong item, wrong color, or a broken item and want a
replacement, message us before requesting a return. This is
the fastest way to get a replacement.
7. International Buyers
- International
customers are responsible for any duties or taxes charged by their
country.
- First
Class International is the slowest option; choose Priority Mail if faster
delivery is required.
- Buyers
who use freight forwarders assume responsibility once the package receives
a carrier delivery scan at the forwarding address provided with
the order.
- The
freight forwarder should inspect the item upon receipt. Any shipping
damage must be reported within 2 days of delivery to the
forwarding address.
- We
cannot be responsible for damage or loss that occurs after the package has
received a carrier delivery scan at the forwarding address.
8. Contacting Us
- Use
eBay’s messaging system for all communication. We check messages multiple
times on weekdays and at least once on weekends.
- If a
reply is delayed, we may be confirming details before responding.
9. Shipment Problems
- Track
your package using the tracking number provided.
- If
tracking does not resolve your concern, send us a message through eBay.
10. Feedback
- If
there is an issue with your order, please contact us through eBay messages
before leaving feedback so we can resolve it.
