How to use                  :   Always follow the instructions on the label.  Squeeze approximately 3/4 

of an inch of toothpaste onto a soft-bristled brush. Brush all of the teeth. At least 1 minute each time, 

2 times a day (should not brush more than 3 times a day) should brush the sensitive areas thoroughly. 

Do not swallow the toothpaste and spit it out after brushing your teeth. Should be used 

on a regular basis. Can be used instead of general toothpaste.
