This collection was inspired by the paintings of a great master of Impressionism Claude Monet. With its lively colours, we feel as if they emerged from Monet’s paintings. Artis is a hymn to nature and light. Each pen is unique.

The Ergonomically designed Shakin’ was born in 2004. Ergonomic Design emerged in the late 1940’s focussing on the compatibility of objects and environments with the humans using them. It seeks to ensure that human restrictions and capabilities are met and supported by design options. So is the Shakin’:

This RECIFE Special Edition ARTIS was inspired by the paintings of a great master of Impressionism Claude Monet. ARTIS is composed of writing instruments with amazing colors that reinterpret some of the most emblematic paintings of the artist; series of “Nymphaeas”, which captured various moment of his garden of Giverny in France, so as “Iris garden”, “The train in the snow, the locomotive” where red and grey are impressive, and the “Saint Lazare station”, one of his favorite themes.

These marbled pens are handmade by our craftsmen. They require a delicate technique and each pen is unique. With their lively colors, we feel as if they emerged from Monet’s paintings. Artis is a hymn to nature and light. It will stimulate the senses, and let everyone’s imagination wander into the painter’s world.
