The size on the tag reads: 180/96, which I believe are is in centimeters so it should equate to chest size of 36/37

It does have the Navy Jack flag patch and the Royal Marines Commando patches.

I believe this pattern and jacket are rare to find as they are usually used by special forces, such as the Royal Marines Commandos.
