SHIPPING

We are always working hard to ensure your package arrives as soon as possible. Please understand that some factors like weather, high postal traffic, and the performance of shipping companies are outside of our control.

We offer free shipping to the lower 48 states and ship within 2~4 business days of payment, usually sooner. In order to provide you with the fastest possible service, your order may be shipped directly from supplier's warehouses nationwide. We do not accept P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address.

Once you press Submit, your order begins processing and cannot be changed or cancelled.

For shipping outside of the continental USA, we use eBay's Global Shipping Program or 3rd Party Logistic. International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes. Continue to check out in order to calculate costs for shipping the item to your country. All electronic items will come with USA spec plug-ins.

RETURNS

We allow returns that are processed within the defined return date. Please for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All items should be returned in original condition. Please pack all returns appropriately. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for items shipped globally.
