This piece has a dark shiny glaze inside. Outside is painted and etched with a smooth soft satin sheen finish.
Pattern is Rock Art & name of vessel is Arch Canyon Pot made by Native Americans at Cedar Mesa Pottery.
Bottom is etched with name of artist, best we can decipher is Elizabeth Naranjo 6. Also has a Cedar Mesa 80066 sticker on bottom.
The original A Cedar Mesa Product paper tag with description of Rock Art Pottery
and the humpbacked flute players connection with the Anasazi and Hopi Indians is included and shows only light wear from tape and handling.
