Most orders are delivered via the Australia Post eParcel network or a selection of Australia's most reputable courier companies. Parcels include tracking. If no-one is available to accept the order, a card is usually left and it is taken to your nearest post office for collection within 5 business days. (Please note, any items uncollected are returned to us and may attract additional return shipping charges).
In order to keep your delivery fees as low as possible, small items are shipped via Australia Postâs regular letter service, without tracking. These parcels are identified during Ebay checkout as being delivered by "Australia Post Domestic Regular Letter Untracked". This service usually takes 2-6 days for delivery (or a little longer for some remote areas), but it is currently taking longer in some instances, due to changes in the Australia Post network which are out of our control. In some instances, delivery is taking up to 15 business days. We ask that you have an element of patience whilst the Posties deliver to you, and before contacting Ebay or lodging feedback, we would ask that you contact us for assistance first.

60 DAY RETURNS POLICY
If you no longer want your product for any reason at all, let us know within 60 days of receiving it and we will happily exchange it for any other item in our store, or store credit for use at a later date. Instructions for the return will be provided.
If you receive a faulty product, get in touch explaining what is wrong within 7 days of receiving the item, including photos where relevant/possible. In this instance, you can choose between a replacement product or a full refund, inclusive of all shipping costs.
